We'll gladly consider reasonable offers, as we are eager to have someone else living in this great house in a great neighborhood. The house has 3-4 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, fireplace, hardwood floors, lovely kitchen, cute sunporch, garage, fenced yard. If you've heard wonderful things about this neighborhood, they're true. The Gilkey Creek area is nice for an evening walk. One can walk to the library, planetarium, Sloan Museum, Flint Art Institute, Flint Institute of Music/Flint School of Performing Arts, the Whiting Auditorium, and Mott Applewood Estate. Mott Community College is an even closer walk. The University of Michigan-Flint and the restaurants of downtown are a slightly longer walk or an easy bike ride. The neighbors are great--there are neighborhood yard sales, block parties, an active neighborhood watch and mini police station, and Halloween is a whole-neighborhood event.
